CADA led the development of an eight-course global learning programme to strengthen data capability across around 16,000 staff.

The Ambition

The client needed a scalable, accessible learning programme to raise data literacy and practical capability across a large global workforce.

A bespoke global learning programme was co-designed and delivered in close collaboration with the lead data scientist, learning team, and digital leadership.
