The Ambition
The client wanted workforce-led data innovation, but needed the right training structure to shift behaviours and unlock practical change.
We generated and delivered the content of the 2-day in-class course as well as curating exercises and follow-up sessions to ensure the learning was being applied and a strong peer-network was developed.
